Cuisine

Learners are engaged with topics related to Vietnamese cuisine and take part in the culinary preparation process of dishes from all over the country. They are instructed to get the correct ingredients from markets for each dish. Then, they learn how to prepare particular dishes with such ingredients, from broth-based dishes such as pho, bun bo Hue, bun mang vit, etc. to well-known rolls like cha gio, nem cua be, cuon bi thit, etc. It would be an amazing experience for learners to use Vietnamese for purchasing in markets and for cooking in kitchens as well as enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with classmates from different countries in the kitchen space of Nam Thi Vietnamese Language Center.
