SWEET FERMENTED RICE BALLS

Sweet fermented rice balls are good for health. The dish is made from cooked sticky rice which is then let cool down, mixed with yeast, rolled into small balls and left to ferment for 3 or 4 days. The final product is aromatic, sweet and slightly spicy. This is a staple dish during Mid-year Festival.
